Calverton seeks motivated students who will benefit from a challenging college preparatory program and the opportunity to develop their intellectual, artistic, creative, and athletic potential. All members of the community are expected to be active learners and contribute to the school community. Admission is based on academic ability, achievement, and character. Applications are accepted throughout the school year, and students are enrolled while spaces are available.

A new program to provide partial tuition scholarships to dependents of active duty service members or veterans of the United States Armed Forces is now available. The Veterans Scholar Award will be granted to a limited number of high school students who have consistently excelled in the academic arena, with a special emphasis on character and community involvement.
