Uniform
One of the key principles of the Calverton experience is respect – respect for learning, for each other, and for oneself. As an extension of this principle, we ask that students and adults come to school dressed in a respectful manner. In other words, we respect our school community by appearing "neat and appropriate." The adults in the community dress professionally, and we also ask that students appear neat and appropriately dressed during the school day and while on campus. In this regard, shirts should be tucked in, belts should be worn, and undergarments should not be visible. Athletic jackets and outdoor or oversized clothing should not be worn inside the school. We require that you purchase your uniforms from Lands' End (Preferred School ID# 9001-2552-7). Lower School jumpers need to be purchased from Flynn O'Hara.

Lands' End: If you need a catalog, please stop by Founder's Hall. Calverton's ID: 90001-2552-7
Founder's Hall (Calverton Campus) - Please come to the Admissions Office in Founder's Hall to order your spirit wear. We have t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies and other collectibles available for you to purchase.
Boys
Shirt: Solid light blue or white oxford or Navy blue or white polo. Shirts need to be tucked in.
Pants: Navy blue or khaki (no cargo pants) and belt
Full Dress (when required for special dress days): Oxford shirt and tie, khaki pants with belt, plus suitable dress shoes
Girls
Shirt: Solid light blue or white oxford shirt. Navy blue or white polo. Shirts must be an appropriate length; no midriffs visible.
Pants: Navy blue or khaki (No cargo pants) and belt when there are belt loops
Skirts/skorts: Skirts are to be purchased from Flynn O’Hara or Lands End and must come to the top of the knee. (See specific style numbers below.)
Full Dress (when required for special dress days): Oxford shirt, khaki skirt or pants, plus suitable dress shoes
All Students
Shoes: Solid toe shoe or tennis shoe - no sandals, flip flops, heels, or croc
Socks: If worn, White, gray or navy blue socks or leggings
Sweaters: Navy blue, gray, or white
Sweatshirts: Calverton sweatshirts only
Summer Uniform (September, May, and June):
Shorts: Purchase from either Lands End or Flynn O’Hara only and hemline must reach the top of the knee.
Electronics: Students may use laptops during the school day, but should consult with individual teachers for classroom use. Cell phones, I-pods, DS games, headphones, and other electronic devices are not to be used during the school day except with permission. If brought to school, these items should remain in the student’s locker, book bag, or purse during the school day, including lunch, recess, breaks, and study halls.
