Immerse yourself in the world-class athletic facilities and picturesque fields at The Calverton School! 

The Calverton School facilities are available for rental to the public.  Facilities are made available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

If you are interested in renting a facility, complete the facilities request form.  Please keep in mind that completion of the facilities form does not guarantee the rental of the facility.  You will be contacted by the facilities manager when your request has been approved.  Please note that school-sponsored activities will take priority over all rental requests.

Facilities Available to Rent:

  • Memorial Turf Field - $95 per hour (lights $20 per hour) 1-hour minimum

  • Pickle Ball Court -$8.00 per hour

  • Tennis Court - $10.00 per hour

  • Leitch Memorial Gymnasium -  $55 per hour ($75 per hour after 8:30 pm and weekends)

  • Chaney Field -$40 per hour

  • Softball Field - $25 per hour

  • Bermuda Field - $60 per hour

  • Bus Lot Field - $30 per hour

  • Cross Country Course - $25 per hour

The agreement will state the usage fee and security deposit (10% of the usage fee) due in advance, at least 7 days before your requested date. 
Please expect a minimum two-week turnaround time for all space requests.
