Lower School Reading Interventionist

Reporting to the Lower School Head, The Calverton School in Huntingtown, Maryland is seeking a full-time Lower School Reading Interventionist for the 2026-27 school year. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Reading Interventionist to join our dynamic educational team. The Reading Interventionist will play a crucial role in supporting students who require additional assistance in developing their reading skills. The candidate will work collaboratively with administration, teachers, parents, and other support staff to implement effective intervention strategies and promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that aligns with Calverton’s mission, values, and strategic vision.
