Registration for Summer Adventures
Calverton Summer Adventures is using CampDoc software again for online registration. This is a secure and user friendly site that helps camps manage an electronic health record, allergies, and medications, and streamlines registration fees and options. We have done this in order to keep our camp costs low and put your registration fees towards experienced and engaging teachers! You can register for multiple weeks or multiple campers upon creating your account through CampDoc.com. If you have any questions about your registration, do not hesitate to email Haleigh Vance at email@example.com or call Janice at 410-535-0216 ext 1130.
Frequently Asked Registration Questions
How long do I have to register?
Each camp remains open for registration until the Friday prior to the start date (unless full). Walk-in registration is not guaranteed due to staff to camper ratio regulations.
What do I have to pay in order to reserve my child's spot?
CampDoc allows you to place a $25 payment for deposit, and have payments installed as you need. You will be asked to keep a credit card on file. You may also pay in full. All payments must be made in advance of start date of camp in order to attend. Registration is payable online with all major credit cards. An initial deposit of $25 per camp is due at registration. The deposit secures your summer adventures! The remaining balance is on June 1 for all camps. Campers must have outstanding balances paid before the first day of their camp. Please note there will be no camp on July 4th, so camps during that week are discounted.
I have multiple children, is there a discount for this?
In order for Calverton Summer Adventures to keep costs low and retain excellent teachers for each camp, we do not offer a discount for multiple children at this time. Thank you for your understanding!
How can a make a payment on my CampDoc account for summer camps?
You can set up monthly installments of your child's camp tuition, up until Jun 1, 2018!
Where do I input my child's medical info and emergency contact? CampDoc has secure online registration templates for you to fill out with important medical history and information for your child. One of the many advantages to using CampDoc is that it has electronic health records, that are secure, safe and easy to input allergies and medications for each camper. This information is kept private and given to the MedTech and/or RN on location in order to dispense medicine and first aid.
Do you offer Extended Care?
Calverton Summer Adventures also provides afternoon Extended Day Care for campers over the age of 6. Afternoon hours are 4:00 to 6:00 pm and its $75 for the week, or $20 a day drop in. You can register for this on CampDoc.
